What are the delivery charges?
we offer free shipping via various shipping method which arrive 7-25 days to mostly countries,EU countries arrive 3-7 days.
In how much time the orders are dispatched?
All our orders will ship within 48 hours of the order,
however, if the address looks incomplete, the contact number is wrong or the Zip code is not serviceable, the order can be delayed. Prepaid orders shall be shipped out using the details provided by the customer within 3 working days.
Once the order is dispatched, no cancellation request shall be entertained. Any changes in the order can be made before the order is dispatched, once the order is dispatched, no changes can be made in address, payment mode, etc
How do I track my shipment?
After order sent we will send you email of tracking number and website to track it all the way.
My order is showing Delivered but I have not received it. What should I do?
Any such issues should be raised to our customer support email within 72 hours of the delivery time mentioned on the tracking link.
