Does NRY Sound Healing offer guarantee to their customers?

Of course! If you're unhappy for whatever reason with your product, you have a certain number days from receiving your order to return the item, unless it's a hygiene item or marked as non-refundable. If you ever have problems upon receipt of your item contact us as soon as possible at nianranyue@gmail.com so that we can fix the issue. 

How do I place an order?

Simply choose your style from the dropdown menu on the product page then click the “Buy It Now” button,available payment method is paypal and credit card. We’ll prepare your order and send you a tracking number.

How do I check the status of my order?

We’ll send you your tracking number as soon as your order is getting close to you.

In most cases order processing takes between 24-96 hours.

How long does delivery take?

We offer free shipping to mostly countries which arrive in 2-3 weeks via standard shipping method,if you need urgent please choose express shipping with extra shipping cost.

I've placed an orders with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package? 

Since we have a few different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place. When you order multiple items at a time, each item could be shipped separately. So you'll may receive one item before another. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)
